The Coalition comprises a number of community associations in Community Board #9.
The Coalition’s primary goals are 1) to secure for the district its fair share of city services from the Department of Sanitation (DOS) and the Department of Parks (DOP) relative to its population and needs; and 2) to coordinate efforts within the District to make the best use of available public and private resources for keeping the community clean.
